First pic is from March 15, second two were taken yesterday (July 27). Sorry for the shiiitty pic quality, my digi camera sucks so I used my phone.....Before pics Im at 173 about 12.5%BF, after Im at 179 about 7%. Didnt quite get to where I wanted to be with this cut, but I got close.....Still a long way to go, but Im finally on the right track....Now its time to grow. Special thanks to Nark and Pinnacle for diet help, and to my man Duk for moral support, lol.
