    Just bought Bcaa Xtend, help with dosing and timing

    So I just ordered the xtend bcaa's but I am having trouble fidning out how much I should be taking and when. I have read post that say pre workout is the best, others say during, and some say post? So I am quite confused on when to take it. I am 187 lbs. 6'1", and just started working out again after a 1 year stop (I feel so weak after being away from the gym for almost a whole year!!!!!!!!)

    u can drink it durning and after a workout which i do i mix 6 scoops in a gallon of water but u can like use 2 to 4 scoops to start

    i dont know about your bcaa powder but mine does not mix in water so i cant drink it during my workout.
    i take 10g about 20mins before workout, just put the spoon in your mouth and throw down some water.... and i mix 10g in my shake post workout, even though it doesnt mix that well in the shake it doesnt really matter for me.

    i did 5 scoops in my shaker cup, added water, and shook it for a few seconds. sipped during workout to help with fatigue and anti-catabolic properties during my cutting cycle. mixed and tasted great with my shaker cup, dont know why you are having problems

    i drink it all day long when cutting and bulking. all day, probably about 12-15 scoops everyday with the bulk of them being drunk uring my workout, I will usually do 3 scoops in 1 pt of water about 3 times a day and then 1 gallon of water with 6 scoops during my workouts. I can get it cheap as crap in bulk so I pay about 15 bucks for the large container

    i use xtend over scivation ICE b/c it ia cheaper, not much inferior and mixes a lot better and tastes better, the ICE has a little more concentration in it but not much, not enough to warrant it not mixing and tasting like ass balls. i assume the poster that was having trouble mixing his is using ICE?

    i found that using normal cold water and a shaker cup i had no problem with mixing any of them. Xtend watermelon def taste the best but i will continue to use ICE. taste is pretty good (grape) but i know for a fact their source using high grade free-form aminos vs peptide bonded like others. ill pay a few bucks more to ensure that a quality product goes into my body. i work to hard to put inferior products in my body and repping for Thermolife, i have learned some shady things that we have caught and called companies out on.
