So I just ordered the xtend bcaa's but I am having trouble fidning out how much I should be taking and when. I have read post that say pre workout is the best, others say during, and some say post? So I am quite confused on when to take it. I am 187 lbs. 6'1", and just started working out again after a 1 year stop (I feel so weak after being away from the gym for almost a whole year!!!!!!!!)
