    ? on when to take supplements

    I just bought 4 supplements of the internet
    When should i take them all, Pre-Workout, Post-Workout, Morning, Nighttime, before bed????

    ON Whey Protein 5 pound chocolate
    ON Pro complex Gainer 10 pound bag chocolate
    ON Casein 4 pounds cookies and cream
    Ultimate Nutrition creapure creatine 1000 Grams

    Whey protein- upon waking/after workout
    Weightgainer-sometime during the day when your unable to fit in a meal/work possibly
    Casein-before bed
    Creatine- many different ways, in the morning 5 grams and Pre 5 grams, 10 grams before, what i do is 5 grams before and 5 grams after

    Just remember, you bought "Supplements" not food replacments. Make sure your diet is good. with that said heres how I would do these best.

    ON Whey Protein 5 pound chocolate- use this in the morning and as a lean protien snack source, like before gym with creatine or something.

    ON Pro complex Gainer 10 pound bag chocolate- Id use this post workout. only. (thats just me)

    ON Casein 4 pounds cookies and cream- use this before bed to stay "anabolic" at night as its a slower digesting protien then the whey.

    and the creatine - take it in broken up doses throughout your day, Doesnt really matter when before gym and after or whatever works for you.
