Has anyone ever seen this prop

I obtained from a reliable source, but what throws me off is the concentration. I have never seen prop dosed at 250mg/ml. The bottle does have a lot number, exp date, and manufactured date. Any info will be greatly appreciated guys. Lab name is taped over.

That is an odd concentration.

I have seen 200mg prop,but for it to be 250 it must be in EO oil.
