I appreciate any help. My calories are rather high due to the fact that i am an extremely hard gainer. I find it very difficult to put on weight. I have been living in a hotel for the past 5 months and have had to eat out every meal of the day. For the past two weeks I have been following this diet and would love any advice.

Stats - 21, 6' 2'', 200 lbs, 12 %. ( I have eaten out for 5 months and my body fat is still reasonable)

Looking to Bulk.

According to a Calorie Counter my maintenance number is - 2901 Calories a day. I also should add I run 5 days a week. 30 Minutes at a time, and drink strictly water.
