Hi just looking for some advice from those who have had experience with clen and var. I'm 25, and have competed for the last two years naturally in figure shows. My next show that i am doing is a nontested show in 13 weeks. Im interested in doing a cycle of clen and var in preparation for it. The diet and exercise ive got figured out. My two problems are I tend to lose valuable muscle when dieting as well as i want to get my lower body leanner. I want to come in tighter this time round as well i want to put on a bit of size and maintain as much muscle as possible throughout the diet. I have so many questions. When would i start taking this stuff?? I was thinking 8 weeks out. How much var do i take?? I have 10mg tablets....i was thinking 10mg in the morning every 24 hours. How long do i take it for?? Taking such a low dose do u think i will have sides?? I think i have enough for 7 weeks if i take 10mg once a day. Is it safe to take this stuff when on the birth control pill?? The clen cycle im thinking of doing is 10 days straight, then two days on and two days off for 8 weeks. Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated. From all the research i have done, im thinking var and clen would be an appropriate option to help me get the results im looking for. What do you guys think??
