So i think pretty sure i'm ready for my first cycle. I;m 32 205 lbs, 5,11 pretty low bf. If been working out just about every day for the last 6 months and i started swimming a few months ago for cardio. Generally i lift 3-5 times a week and swim 3-5 times a week for a total of 8 workouts a week in some combination. I'm going to cut back the swimming and start climbing because the outdoor pool is closing soon. Diet consists of mainly protien, very little carbs, i've cut out soft drinks, and hardly hardly drink any more
my first cycle will certainly be the following:
Week 1 to 10: 500mg of test weekly
Week 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
Week 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
Week 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily

i'm thinking of adding some tren in there. What are your thoughts? and is there any thing else i should add in there to counter any problems with tren.
how much tren should i take and suggestions on how many times i should inject
oh and i'm not in a serious relationship with any female that could cause anger issues with tren. I'm a pretty mellow guy in general..i mean really mellow, hardly get angry at all. I have a few random hook ups ready to go if my sex drive explodes.
Any particluar tren i should consider.

i don't want to do deca because of the long term testing....i hear that is less of a concern with tren.
