Will fake gear still give injection site pain?

pain occurs coz of the alcohol used in the substance.

alcohol causes pain in the first 24hours
if you hurt after 24 hours its cause your body breaks down the solvents but leaves crystals behind
if it hurts 24 hours later it could be real
but then again they could give you something else that mimics the pain
the only way to know is blood work

I am curious as to whether injection site pain will be present (perhaps the day following the injection) if bunk/fake gear is shot? Or does injection site pain occur due to any foreign substance being injected into the body?

nobody can answer this question without knowing what is in the fake gear. if its just oil then it shouldnt hurt but when injecting fake gear you have no clue what your putting into your body.
