    First cycle

    Hi guys,

A short summary, 22 years old, been lifting for one year straight with no breaks now. Work out 5 times a week (On weekdays and rest on weekends).
Im 182cm (Think thats around 5.11) and 78kg, got myself mesured a month ago and i was 10.3% bf.
This would be my first cycle and im beeing pointed to SUS250 by the guys around me, but after reading here im unsure thats the best option.
Been counting calories this past year and that has been working well for me to reach my goals, gained alot of muscle and lost bf.
I think its time now to try one cycle to boost things alittle bit, trying to work well ahead so im trying to make preparations now for me to start the cycle in about 2 months..
I was going to try to lower bf to around 8% before starting the cycle, my goal with this cycle is to gain around 10-15 poinds and try not to gain alot of bf.
For cycle diet I was thinking about 3500kcal, I would like to be on a clean diet and ive got enough time to eat so I just need to find out somehow how much i should be eating..

Im not sure if ive typed down enough info but at least thats something to start with.. Also I could use a lesson in PCT

PS: Point of this thread would be trying to get some pointers what to use, how much kcal i should be getting and some info about PCT. Been reading all the newbie threads 50 times over but not sure what would be best suited.

    Thanks,
    iKalli

What are your goals? I see 10-15lbs. with a fat reduction but I'm talking about the ideal you, longterm. One year isn't very long to lift

    Ideal me .. huh
Well I would like for a long term goal to reach 90-95kg, when I get there i have no idea if i will be satisfied or not but i love bodybuilding though im not intending to compete.. I want to maintain a well build body and staying healthy with exercise, that may describe me alot.. As I do alot of outdoor activities like hunting and mountain hiking etc I dont want to be to heavy or so big it will give me trouble doing things like that. So I think steriods will not be something I will be using long term, rather just 1-2 cycles and then try to do things more naturaly..

    Does that sound completly stupid?

I dont know anyone who stopped at 1 to 2 cycles. even tho that was everybodies plan. once you know what its like, you know what its like. so if you take this path plan to stay on it

You can achieve your goal naturally. If you do decide to use be very conservative. Its very easy to get burnt out after a "last" cycle.
