I'm thinking i might do a log, basic stuff not to detailed because I'm pressed for time. I'll pick a lift or two if I notice anything beyond the usual.
Today (start Amp02) 9/9 (Tuesday)
stats: 5'6 180lbs. 9% (ish)
goals: energy/focus/pumps/more reps?
Triaining split (using STS):
Mon- Back/Traps/Abs
Tues- Chest/Bi's
Thurs-Shoulders/Tris
Fri-Legs
Diet: Shoot for 200 grams a day protein, not worried about b/f. I'm naturally on the lean side. I'll pop the pills 30 minutes prior with a piece of fruit.
Only took 4 pre workout to assess tolerance. This is way below the recommended dose but I want to start low. Got 6hrs. sleep night before (a bit tired I need 7). I matched my numbers from last week (good considering last week I had an awesome workout). Muscles felt a lil more pumped later in the workout (probably placebo at this point). I'm feeling more 'awake' several hours later probably due to the caffiene. I'm looking forward to taking 5 on Thurs.

Take with Half a piece of Fruit if you want to make Focus more pronounced and food increases uptake a bit.
Today was shoulders/Tris. I took 5 pills. Overall a positive experience. The caffiene rush feeling lasted about 3 hours, not a bad thing as I'm lacking sleep right now. Most lifts stayed the same (last week I had more rest/better diet). for shoulders: 1 arm dumbell laterals I got 2 extra reps, not bad. Last week 55lbs 12 reps this week 14 reps. Triceps felt great. I got a little extra on skull crushers. Last week 120 11 reps, this week 120 13 reps. Tomorow is leg day, this should be interesting.
what's nice is although you may feel like a caffeine rush from the product.. there isn't any in there, and no rebound..when it tapers off during the day..
just make sure you take water throughout the workout if possible, i find that to be additionally beneficial..
