    Post How much to take of Sustanon 250 ?

    Sustanon
    250mg/ml
    20 ml multi -dose vial
    30ml Test propionate
    60/mg/ml Phenylpropionate
    60 mg/ml Isocaproate
    100mg/ml Decanoate

    My friend gave me all this to get me started... My question How much of each do i take? What days? and for how long?

    Your help would be greatly appreciated. It's my first time taking and want to make sure i do it right. Thanks

    is this your 1st cycle? if so i would run .5cc(125mg) eod for 12 weeks. Whats your pct look like?
