In 4 days I need to lose 10 lbs roughly or at least 2" off my waist.
I need tot ake a Bodyfat test that ONLY uses neck and abdominal measurements. Its horribly inaccurate I know it thinks I'm 22% bodyfat when calipers say 15-16% Need to be at 20% via tape.
My current plan: Drink 2 gallons a day except for monday night and tuesday before my test.
Limit sodium intake and increase potassium.
Lasix 20mg twice a day ED.
No alcohol or stimulants because my blood pressure has to also be lower than it is now.
I'll only drink protein shakes and tons of fiber (metamusle etc) which will be essentially a fast except for protein.
Anyone got more advice?
