Hey guys .... thought i'd post some pics i got the other day aswell.I'm 28yo , 5'7 , currently 172lbs and don't have a clue about my bf%.Training around 11yrs (not thorougly all these years).Done years back some cycles but cause of an injury i stopped.Now , the past year im back on track and trying to find my old good self.Planning on doing a cycle this winter to come and gain some nice mass
