Hey guys I'm a newbie to this stuff....
Alot of guys tell me what i should and ought to take and i thought i'd ask everyone on the forum.
I'm 6'2" 185-190 pounds Pretty lean guy i was about 200 a few months back but i cut down on working out cause of sickness and injuries.
I want to get some more mass on me LEAN MASS My arms are around 15-16 inches normal and pumped i want them bigger mainly but everything else too.
How long of a cycle should i do and what all should i take break it down as easily as you can.
I don't wanna take anything that will make me blow up over night or getting huge just a moderate weight gain and thats already as task in itself i've tried strict meal plans and just resorting to my last option i guess
