So today at the gym i ran for about 15 minutes then went to start my leg routine... i had 135 on for a warm up/stretch set squat. I go down and crunch my lower back pops and it hurt bad enough that was almost difficult to bring it back up. I tried to salvage a work out but it was useless, i was able to go run on the treadmill for another 15 minutes....i figure if it was bad i wouldnt have been able to do that. however after sitting in my truck driving home, getting out and walking in wasnt easy... Cant be too serious right?Whats yalls thoughts....
