small meals and amino powder throughout the day is best but glutamine, arginine, cissus, and MANY other things help with nitrogen retention.
if you have a solid diet then keeping a positive nitrogen retention shouldnt be much of a concern.
just snack on almonds all day.
BCAA AA pills all day man between meals and meals @ every 2 hours too
ne thing else i take glutamine and arginine throughout that day just add some BCAA's
