im on my first cycle of test e @ 500mg/wk
kicker with 40mg Havoc (i know, i know)...
age: 25
height: 5'10"
weight: 200
BF: 12%
(4000-4500 cals,
300-325g protein, about equal carbs with protein)
(i have letro on hand for gyno, and nolv and aromasin on hand for pct)
im only on my third week, but ive already been put on 10 pounds and lost 2%, and my gains have been climbing in the gym... probably mostly related to the proH and maybe placebo
my question is related to the present and also what to expect in the future weeks. ive probably had the shittiest cardio sessions of my life this week, and i was wondering if this is related to the test, or just rapid weight gain and a grueling leg workout on monday.
so, i know theres several 'fighters' out there who train like animals in this area, and i was wondering if your cardio goes to shit on a cycle, or if its just a crappy week for me. i seriously feel like im going to die in endurance workouts... its harder to breathe and my legs get tight and pumped really early
im thinking that the sides may be more related to the proH, and when i get off that shit hopefully theyll go away. so, if you have any experience with cardio on cycle, please let me know what i should be expecting in this aspect of my workouts. in the meantime, im going to cut the havoc back down to 30mg and see how i feel.
