I just saw the infomercial for Fat Trapper. What a load of crap!!! Those people are gonna buy that stuff and eat cheesecake and pizza every day, and guess what - they're all gonna be fat! I don't know why they go to the trouble of buying Fat Trapper when then can just not eat the fat. Too much fat on the brain if you ask me.

My Mom got me an ab roller when they first came out. I thought it worked good but I was doing ab and calf workouts every day at the time so it could have been all the Roman chair.

Those products always claim to offer terrific results with little or no effort. What a bunch of crap. I figured out a long time ago that the only way to get the results you want is hard work and dedication.
