20 years old
6'1"
235 lbs.
13% body fat
training for 2 years now
Diet consists of:eggs whites, oats, bananas, veggies, red meat, lots of chicken, fish, canned tuna, etc. low fat high protien and carbs about 5 meals a day.
Goals: Lose as much bf as possible, gain as much muscle as possible.
Cycle: I have some human grade tes c, dianabol, hcg, clomid, and nolva.
1-12 weeks of tes c
1-6 weeks of dianabol
Pct Questions:
What should i mix the hcg in?
When should i start taking nolva/clomid?
