    HGH+Insulin+Epo Cycle ! ! !

    I'm bout to start doing humalog with epo and gh. Current weight is 225 lbs 8-10 % bf The diet will be with: 300g carbs, 400g protein, and some essential fats. I'm planning on taking 10 iu of humalog everyday with my postworkout meal (with 7 days a week workout scheadule) 1 bottle of gh (10 iu) for 3 days taken everyday 7 days a week. I'm gonna do epo for first two weeks of the cycle, no AAS with that for now. Some clen with that, not to become a fat bastard lol I'm planning to get to ~250 and then add some juice with low water retention. What do you guys think bout it? Any suggestions? Thanks for all the helpful repps!

    Not much talk of epo around here in general. Not many people around here advocate any use of it or insulin unless training for a competition.

    why would you take epo as a bodybuilder? total nonsense. or are you planning to run a marathone or anything similar? epo is not to play with, you would have to test rbc every day just to make sure you don t overdose. and hgh itself raises rbc, so simply said it s just an not very clever idea.

    It's not nonsense. Epo helps strength athletes as well, making them able to increase training load. Also increases vascularity.


    Sokolhasan: For an AAS-free cycle, consider using igf-1 and t3 as well (while bumping up protein intake). I don't think you should go without androgens for too long though, they really help potentiating the other anabolics you'll be using.
