Sust 250

I'm a newbie, just received this from a Bangkok, Thailand source - does it look real? It came without a box, but hidden inside this toy. Had a purple wax/plastic seal on top. Label is well printed and there's a hologram seal, which you can kinda see in one of the pics. Liquid is clear and oily, kinda thick.
Sorry for the pic quality, best my crappy camera could handle up close.

What's the best needle for Sust 250?
