A very usefull link when planning meals

This is a link to the USDA's Nutrient Database.

It may or may not already have been posted before, but I think this is so important that I am plugging it Not a day goes by without my checking out some food facts in there.

Oh and it's a real database with a simple lookup query that gives you straight data on every food item imaginable, and not a "you should eat well" website :P
