Just curious as to whether or not Proviron is best taken once or twice per day?

I have 25mg tabs and am planning on taking two tabs per day for a total of 50mg/ed throughout the last 8 weeks of my cycle and all the way through pct. Just wondering if I should take both tabs together or split them up?

Stats are:
5'11''
194 lbs.
10% BF
Age 23 (24 on Oct.12)
4 years training, 3 w/ solid diet
5 weeks into first cycle of 250mg/e3.5d of test e

I have enough test for 13 weeks, so I plan on running it until it's gone, then pct starts 2 weeks later.

Pct- Nolva wk 1-4 20mg ed
Clomid wk 1-2 50mg ed wk 3-4 25mg ed
Proviron wk 1-4 50mg ed

Does this pct look good? (also have HCG on hand, should it be added?)

Looks good bro, I would split up the proviron into 2 doses each day.

I just figured if hes taking 2 caps why not split them cant really hurt.

I take one 20mg tab a day, works good for me.

U am confused what is proviron? I have seen ppl use it for pct while I also thought I've seen ppl say it was a roid.

If it is a roid then how do you use it in a pct?

Prov imo, is of no use in PCT, some say it can raise LH, iv'e never seen any clinical evidence to support this and it's a mild androgen and synthetic DHT, using a drug with these properties wont aid recovery.
This is a drug that has great properties, it makes a good addition to any aromatisable stack @ 50mg ED, it's also said that it can free up test thats bound to SHGB, again there is no clinical evidence to support this theory.

It's best used throught the whole of an aromatisable cycle.
Anything specific regarding more advice?

I am running test cyp would it be advisable to stack prov? I am in week 3 of 10 week cycle.

If you have it then it wont hurt to add it in but I personally dont bother with proviron for anything I prefer other orals/pct.

It makes little difference mate, some say it free's up test from SHBG, but there's no evidence to prove this, but you will find an increase in libido just by adding 50mg ED a to test cycle, by what mechanics this works is still not fully understood.

proviron won't aid recovery in pct, it will however help with unwanted sides like lack of sex drive and estro bloat, i also find muscles stay harder poss due to prov keeping you andogenic while test levels are low. Some say its suppresive but i always fully recover while taking 50mgday during pct. For me it makes pct less unpleasant.

for what? sex drive?, i know it helps libido but i wouldn't recommend caber unless there was a prolactin issue.

Caber is great through pct, keeps libedo up and over all feeling of well being. I dont mean alone for pct I mean in conjunction with pct.

i had no doubt you meant in conjunction with pct, i'm taking caber at the moment to deal with deca sides, it does all the things you mention but so does proviron, and its a hell of a lot cheaper.

AM/PM if your using 50mg or more per day.
if your only using 25mg,,,take one tab in morning or evening.
