I have been reading these forums for weeks now, trying to understand all that I can, I must say this is one of the most useful source of facts I have run across on the Internet. I am about to start my first cycle this week and am scared of that first shot.
A little back ground on myself, I am 33 years old, 6'1, 192lbs, 22 approx body fat, I been working out on and off for years, mostly off in the last couple of months. My goal is to put on some muscle and cut, I have no desire to get huge, although I do like everyone else want to look good with my shirt off, some cuts, abs etc. I do want to add about 15lbs of muscle. I have to get rid of some belly fat.
Planning on working out 3 times a week, 1 hour in the gym. Unfortunately I do not have a lot of time to train, so I have to set realistic goals for myself. I do not want to become a gym rat and spend a lot of time in the gym. I am going to be taking multiviatimes, protein shakes and the usual routine.
Supplements I have right now, Trenbolone Acetate (3 x 10cc bottles) and Testosterone Enanthate 250. I have been told to use 1cc of Terbolone and 1cc of Testosterone every other day, 3 shot per week. To rotate between left arm, right arm, left buttock, and right buttock. Does that sound about right? If not what do you guys recommend? I plan on doing a 9 week cycle.
Any advise for a newbee would be greatly appreciated.
