Depends on the size of the vial but it looks ab-normally full. It may just be a smaller vial then I`m used to seeing but still odd. The colour of the oil is right but I have never seen it before.

It's because it a UGL, how full it is can vary from vial to vial even in the same batch. Most UG's hand fill thier vials
