so first the stats. 5'7" 242lbs. A surprising and disgusting 14% bf. I last posted my bf to be 11 because that's what it was last time I checked (8 months ago) but aparently I've become a chubby **** without noticing. anyway. to give u an idea of my build, I wear 36 pants and wear a 52 suit jacket. so def not fat but could be slimmer.
Experience:
a few cycles under my belt. have run npp, prop, winny, eq, deca, var and sust before. my Goals:
to get down to around 10% and stay lean and hard.
New cycle:
12 weeks
prop, sust, mast, maybe winny?
was going to run it this way
first 4 weeks
prop 350mg
sust 600mg
mast 500
middle 4 weeks
same minus prop
maybe bump up sust and mast to even 100mg/day. depending on bloat and gains
last 4 weeks
same as first 4 but edition of winny 100mg/ed
been training for a long time. wrestled, fought (in a cage, sometimes not), played football etc so I know what cardio is and will do it
have to work on my diet a bit but for the most part im good. don't drink, don't smoke (habitually or recreationally)
so what do you guys think? any ad all criticisms and/or suggestions welcome
