    thought on my winter cutter

    so first the stats. 5'7" 242lbs. A surprising and disgusting 14% bf. I last posted my bf to be 11 because that's what it was last time I checked (8 months ago) but aparently I've become a chubby **** without noticing. anyway. to give u an idea of my build, I wear 36 pants and wear a 52 suit jacket. so def not fat but could be slimmer.
    Experience:
    a few cycles under my belt. have run npp, prop, winny, eq, deca, var and sust before. my Goals:
    to get down to around 10% and stay lean and hard.
    New cycle:
    12 weeks
    prop, sust, mast, maybe winny?
    was going to run it this way

    first 4 weeks
    prop 350mg
    sust 600mg
    mast 500

    middle 4 weeks
    same minus prop
    maybe bump up sust and mast to even 100mg/day. depending on bloat and gains

    last 4 weeks
    same as first 4 but edition of winny 100mg/ed

    been training for a long time. wrestled, fought (in a cage, sometimes not), played football etc so I know what cardio is and will do it

    have to work on my diet a bit but for the most part im good. don't drink, don't smoke (habitually or recreationally)

    so what do you guys think? any ad all criticisms and/or suggestions welcome

    look forward to hearing from you, and yeah im gonna keep a log.

    The #1 cause of fat is poor diet.

    Post your diet for critique before we get to the juice.

    If you are only trying to lose 4% bf, you could easily do that in 12 weeks without the need for any steroids.

    Why not get down to 10% naturally and then hit the juice? You'll be much happier, and the gear you have will be good to put on some new muscle.

    Personally, I feel like using juice to cut is a waste of gear...Dial the diet in completely first.

    well my diet when im training is such, and yes its pretty much the same everyday:

    breakfast:
    4 hard boiled eggs (2 yolks)
    2 scrambled egg whites with turkey and tomato
    oatmeal or farina
    glass of oj

    lunch:
    salmon or chicken
    broccoli wth parmesan and lemon
    mashed potatos (sometimes baked wedges)
    seltzer with a splash of fruit punch or 2 lemons ans 2 limes (natural sprite, its awesome)

    dinner:
    usually the problem
    I eat late and am usually starving so I over eat.
    its usually steak made in a spanish way. soaked in onion, garlic, oregano, and red wine vinegar. seared in a pan with pam or soy butter. with rice and beans. I know dinner is my problm but its tough.

    I don't have time to snack as I used to get my 5 or 6 meals in cuz I've moved up in my job and have way less time to do things. however I also stopped going to the gym for about 4 months. when I am in the gym I can keep a atch on my weight relatively easy. so im confident that once I get in the gym again I will lose bf quickly.

    I do cycles traditionally considered cutters because im a very easy gainer. for example I gained 24lbs from a 14 week prop eq cycle. 700mg respectively. did no cardio and dropped 3% from 11 to 8. I actually don't like being below 10 really. my face gets too skinny. my body looks great but my face gets bad. so from this cycle I expect to gain a few lbs (8-10) of muscle while still going down 4%. which means id really be losing around 22lbs of fat. I would look very nice like that I think.

    let me know what you think about what I've said. and there hve still been no comments on my gear regimen. please critique, thanks

    suggestions? criticism is only productive when followed by some sort of helpful suggestion or opinion. simply stating my diet is bad doesn't help me or anyone else reading this forum and trying to learn from threads. that's wy I put everything in plain, readable, but thorough detail. this is a learning place. so learn me teach!

    Ok lol I hear ya,

    A few ideas (im not a diet guru by any means)

    -Drop potatoes all together and substitute with sweet potatoes
    -While trying to cut avoid too much fruit juice even orange juice
    -Parmasean is not great while cutting either
    -White rice before bed is not great either

    Most importantly you need to have more meals per day, 6-7 and add in a source of casein right before bed. If you cannot fit meals in atleast have pre- prepared protein shakes to add in through the day between meals.

    Yep, your diet + your irregular eating habits are hindering progress..

    First and foremost, Breakfast and Lunch seem ok to me; I would only drop the OJ and add a multivins..

    It is ok to eat at night, as long as you do to meet your caloric intake.. whether you're bulking or cutting! Instead of over eating, just split your dinner between 1 to 1.5 hrs intervals. That would allow you for better digestion.

    This is what I suggest you, write everything you eat down for an entire week and make sure you include macros/portion sizes/etc... Use Excel to write everything down and them post everything on the Narkisos/Novastep thread.

    I shouldve clarified that my potato is actually sweet potato. I hate regular ones. and I use basmari rice (stole that idea from a half indian girl I used to pork) tastes so much better and its better for you. but ill def drop the juice. and the amount of meals I know is an issue. I used to be able to do that but its so hard now. I have like 6 meetings a day so I can't step out. and casein and whey prtein bloat the shit out of me. I started using this vega stuff from whole foods. its madee from food and waaaay better for bloat. don't know how well I works yet but I feel a lot better when I drink it.

    lget me see what I can do to tweak the diet and ill repost. appreciate all the feedback.

    I ssume no comments on the gear means its ok?

    Gear looks good, I just hear alot of people say Masteron is onyl really worth it if you are below 10% bf.

    Yeah, the gear is OK... drop the masteron for now until you get the diet problem solved and definitely you have lost at least 2.5 to 3% bf.

    Also, up your caloric intake from protein sources... no, that doesn't mean that you'll drop your carbs entirely; just that instead of consuming 40% Carbs, 40% Pro, 20% Fats ratios.. it should be something like this 30% Carbs, 60% Pro, 10% Fats.. this will help you to get more lean mass without sacrificing needed energy (from the carbs) and the fat needed for cell repair!

    Post diet with Marco's and i can help that part. I dont feel theres a problem with regular potatoes if thats what you prefer, Sweet Potatoes are not the end all to potatoes both have their bennys' also i think you could lose 4% in less then 12 weeks with proper strict diets and cardio twice a day 4days a week, and weight training 4 days also main focus being legs and lats. You could obtain this no problem then run your cycle in march and look 2-3 times better for summer as oppose to running that now. How old are you BTW?

    I heard that too. im actually using it more for the natural anti e and fat burning effect. it helps gains while keeping bloat down an other estrogenic sides down.

    i would just run the mast at the end, personally winny, well im not a big fan personally. NPP,well what ever you have access to.

    why don't you switch over to Test e or c and drop the sust. altogether.. is sust. the only test you have access to?

    Diet will determine if you "cut" or "bulk"

    drugs are drugs,they dont perform miricles

    protien and fat = good
    protien and carb=good
    never carbs and fat in same meals
