i eat really good. Like 4 protein shakes a day. Cause we all know how important those are. I probably eat chicken for lunch and dinner. and a BIG bowl of ceral every morning, cause its the most important meal of the day. Then i snack on a few sandwhichs my mom makes me. I love PB&J!
Ive been working out for like 3 years, im a REALLY HARD GAINER. Last 3 months seriously.
I go to the gym 7 times a week and do bi's everyday, and chest 4 times a week.
Cycled once, i bought from buysteroids.com and got some good gains from it. (Var-10 rocks!)
And i know about PCT, trust me, i have Nolvadex.
i want to get huge! Like really huge. I want to get to 225lbs from this cycle? This sound reasonable
