    You definately have put on some bloat. Try some a-dex to help that. Unless your diet is off. How much weight have you put on?

    first pic is after and the second is before BTW... up 15 lbs so far... diet is pretty soild

    sorry my bad....you are looking damn good. One thing though, you can increase the size of your bi's if you make sure your arms are straight as possible when curling. Keep up the great work.
