You definitely should hold off of steroids for a while, get a good diet and training regiment going. You have so much natural potential and gaining left its not even funny. Why be lifting lightweights all juiced up??? Build a strong, solid foundation without juice then worry about it later

I know its not want you wanna hear but especially coming off a injury you don't wanna start juicing without a solid foundation. Your tendons and joints may not keep up with the strength you develop so quickly which will lead to more injuries sooner than later.

Post your exact diet, training routine, and goals you have in mind

ok bro on a serious note, post up your training schedule and diet, allow us to tweak it.then you need to follow it for at very least a year. You dont wanna hear this but you dont have a foundation to start and imo it'l take at least a year to get anywhere near where you need to be to start.you can pick up 20-25lbs naturally without touching gear

Welcome to AR. Take the next couple of years and learn everything you can on this site. That includes, Diet, Training and AAS. Do NOT jump into this.

Well, you're in no danger of overtraining. There sure is a lot of "rest" in that routine...Nitro

If you ate hard, even for just a few weeks, you would notice a massive difference, I know for me that when I eat 4500 calories a day, I blow up...even without steroids....and when I dont eat much, I lose weight just as rapidly.

    Diet is everything.

I like the first pic, you looked in pretty good shape! Im sorry about your injury, you can definately get back up to where you were and past it!

I'm 6' and was down at 160 like 4 years back. Man just eat! eat like you've never eaten before. if you have to force feed yourself. Just start lifting as heavy as you can. don't go for more reps just heavier weight with less reps. you will notice bulk in nooooo time at all man. it took 1 1/2 to hit 185 but only 1 year to hit 200 with no fat and just moderate training. if you train hard you will get better results then me but be careful not to injure yourself by being reckless.

dude i dont know how your diet is but just start cramming down the protein, carbs, and calories and you will grow. Just try to get in at least around the 200g area of protein more would be better but thats probably a good starting point since you might not be able to adjust to eating so much food so fast. Take B vitamins they help increase your metabolism so you will be able to eat more. But shoot for at least about 350-450g carbs and around 4000 cals. But just start taking in as much as possible and try out a weight gainer shake possibly. Somebody might be able to offer a little better diet advice than this but this will get you started

steroids should be the LAST thing on your mind.

You need to invest in one thing and one thing only...FOOD! (That, and get a proper training routine, enough sleep, etc).
