odds are surgery is gonna be necessary.. have seen a few studys where nolvadex has indeed helped with pubertal gyno.. just posted this one in another thread as a matter of fact.. this one doesnt get into doses but i have a few other things around here that can explain things a bit more.. let me see what i can find.. i have stuff on several puters and discs so may take awhile.

Beneficial effects of raloxifene and tamoxifen in the treatment of pubertal gynecomastia.Lawrence SE, Faught KA, Vethamuthu J, Lawson ML.
Department of Pediatrics, University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. [email protected]

OBJECTIVES: To assess the efficacy of the anti-estrogens tamoxifen and raloxifen in the medical management of persistent pubertal gynecomastia. STUDY DESIGN: Retrospective chart review of 38 consecutive patients with persistent pubertal gynecomastia who presented to a pediatric endocrinology clinic. Patients received reassurance alone or a 3- to 9-month course of an estrogen receptor modifier (tamoxifen or raloxifene). RESULTS: Mean (SD) age of treated subjects was 14.6 (1.5) years with gynecomastia duration of 28.3 (16.4) months. Mean reduction in breast nodule diameter was 2.1 cm (95% CI 1.7, 2.7, P <.0001) after treatment with tamoxifen and 2.5 cm (95% CI 1.7, 3.3, P <.0001) with raloxifene. Some improvement was seen in 86% of patients receiving tamoxifen and in 91% receiving raloxifene, but a greater proportion had a significant decrease (>50%) with raloxifene (86%) than tamoxifen (41%). No side effects were seen in any patients. CONCLUSION: Inhibition of estrogen receptor action in the breast appears to be safe and effective in reducing persistent pubertal gynecomastia, with a better response to raloxifene than to tamoxifen. Further study is required to determine that this is truly a treatment effect.

Sucking it up and posting pics will help us gauge whether or not the gyne appears to be fat deposits from childhood / glandular, or both.

Perhaps fat loss will help? Sounds like it is really affecting you...Good luck.

It looks mild if anything...You just have a high % bf to start out with.

I'd recommend you begin dieting hard and cutting weight...You should definitely see results in the pec area if you lose 30 lbs.

    1. Begin to watch what you are eating and stay away from foods like burgers, pizza, tacos, deli meat, cheese, all fast food, candy, chocolate, etc. You get the idea.

    2. Begin to ease into an exercise routine that involves an intense amount of cardio done 5-7 days a week.

You have to realize that losing 30 lbs could take you months. Patience is the most important thing about dieting and you will be building habits / discipline.

Remember that it takse roughly 8 weeks for the human body to undergo a "transformation" if you start eating right and exercising.

Personally, I think that you could drop 15 lbs of pure fat in a month easy with what it looks like you are carrying.

Do cardio for 30 minutes first thing in the morning 4-6 days a week. This is very important for weight loss. Check out this diet for an idea of what to eat http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=75729 dieting is simple if you understand the basics. Then, once you drop a few pounds and start to feel and act better, then it's time to hit the weights about 3 days a week to tighten things up. I can guarantee you 100% that you will drop at least 30 lbs in a short amount of time if you do follow the diet and cardio plan strictly.

    Doesn't look like it!

Many overweight people seek bio/physiological causes for their disenchantment, readily hearing about and blaming clinical conditions rather than addressing their own culpability.

If you don't feel a nodule (not that it must exist for gyno to be present but it is an indicator), then odds are simply you're experiencing the same type of fat storage in the breast area as in your others. As the fellas said, cleaning up your diet and consistent educated training are the keys.

    Best to you!
