is it weird for a straight guy to listen to chick songs? i mean there not my favorite or anything but they are a few that i like to listen to like coldplay viva vida, and kat perry.
i mean im sure 90% of straight guys like listening to at least one chick song

I think you're being a bit too paranoid. There is no such thing as a "girl" or "guy" song IMO, sure, some songs may have a specific target market, but it's not WRONG to like a certain song because majority of it's fans are a certain demographic.
In short, no, it's not weird, it's perfectly normal

It's not "MACHO" or anything, but hell, we are human.
If it has some catchy sound, I listen to it and regret liking the song a few years later.
Kate Perry "hot/cold" is on my play list. I listen to Pink! a lot also. Does not bother me. I really like The Fray too. I even listen to this when I work out.
Just because you are not listening to gangster rap or death metal does not mean your testicals are going to be discussed and fall off.

For me it depends what mood I'm in. But as far as listening to female artists or bands I like a few songs from Sugarland.
