Question to our black members? (Kamu Kambon/Panthers)

I wanted to get some input from the black members we have posting on this board? I live in a pretty homogenous suburb so I dont really get to have good discourse with people of other races often on subjects I am curious about. I do however goto the nations most diverse college, but I'm usually consumed with work and have little time for special interests. I am really interested in black-on-white racism, as I think it's seldom discussed for being politically incorrect (and I happen to LOVE things that aren't PC). I think its a fringe marginal ideology, and I would like to hear from our black members.

I'd like to know from our black members how they view the following videos, do they support the messages that these guys are advocating, and what is their personal thoughts on these two individuals?

The man is pretty much an idiot that may or may not believe what he is saying. The more attention he gets for his shocking point of views the more attention wasted. Him, his movement, and the space between his ears are hot air. **** him and the woman that raised him.

i don't think your post is very accurate since the first man to whom you linked is a black MUSLIM. just because he is an extremist doesn't mean you should take his views to reflect on any other large group of people of any race. look at the shi ite muslims, they believe in killing americans too, but that doesn't mean all muslims are terrorists or extreme racists.

basically i think the idea is just as stupid as the next person, but it also means that there are very few people who agree with him. kinda like how some white people would like nothing more than every black person to be dead, back in africa, or back in their yards doing slave work.

I'm glad you recognized that. However, these people are on CSPAN and CNN effectively representing "your" group. The same as when any member of a political party, business, etc. gets on TV and starts expressing an opinion. They are a part of a minority group. From talking with a few black people about this they generally tell me that they are embarassed these particular individuals are on TV trying to represent black people and expressing these views. Just as I'm sure many people in the middle east are embarassed that the extremists are portraying them in a bad light...Thats why I want the opinons of our black members on here.

Just Because someone is black on TV doesnt mean he represent that race, and neitehr does someone who is white on tv, Asian on TV, Hispanic on TV or heinz 57 like me on TV. CNN , FOXNews and CSPAN and other channels interview a whole heck of allot of people, and you cant take one interview as a representation..
