hi chaps,
trained for years but always had trouble shifting a bit round the sides,never tryed anything before....my mate told me about tren,worked wonders and now im going to start a new cycle..
last time he set me up doing
day 1=1
day 2=1
day 3 =2
day4 =2
day 5=3
and so on up until you get to takin 5 a day for 4 days until finishing.
up towards the end,i felt like it wasnt affecting me as much.
been reading about it on here,and alot of people recon 2 on 2 off is the way forward,has anyone done the 2 differant ways and which would be best for maximum effect.
