I am 6-1 245 been working out over 5 years.
2 years ago I did a cycle of just Trembalone and I lost a few pounds and gained a lot of strength. My objective was to loose a bit more weight to get to around 215.
Earlier this year I did a cycle of Winny combined with Equiposse
and noticed a minor gain in strength but went up to 250lbs.
I have been mostly going by the advice of guys at the gym who apparently know jack shit. What I need is a good cutting cycle if you can tell me what and how much I should do id really appreciate it.
I work out Mon-Fri for about 2 hours I do 35 to 45 min of cardio 3 times a week if you are weight training for 2 hours that is something you need to work on, keep it intense and training shouldn't last much over an hour
and do a spinning class for an hour a week.
