    How often are you suppose to take a shot of sustanon 250 ? and what is the max you can take

    What are your stats?
    Age 27
    Weight 187
    Height 6
    Diet just drink about 5 shakes a day and a couple of protein bars
    Training 4- 6 days
    Bf% don't know
    Cycle experience 1 cycle i don't think i did it correctly
    Goals 195 solid muscular look
