    12 weeks out from show

    Im 12 weeks out from my first show and wanna see what cycle I need to run. For hardness and lean. Im bout 8percent bf. Im currently 180...5'7". I just finished up a 10 week cycle of 750mg test E weekly. i wanna jsut carry on into my new cycle for cutting and hardness. Any suggestions.

    i would say Tren. a test and tren cycle would help lean you up and harden you (if diet is up to par)

    maybe throw in some masteron for the full affect.

    yeah my diet his working great. I am using Palumbo's diet twinked a little by my nutritionist.

    you definatly want to add some halo into whatever you run. prop/masteron/tren/halo is the best. what weight do you pan on entering the show at? 160?

    I know it is off topic, but how do you like that diet? I am very interested to try it in my next cutting cycle. Like many I've always used the conventional high protein/moderate carb/low fat diet to get as lean as possible.
