    1st cycle RETHOUGHT

    okay im looking for suggestions:

    Age: 19
    5"6 177lbs
    15% BF
    arms 15.5 inches around
    chest 40inches
    waist 32 inches

    Max bench 300
    Max squat 225
    Max 2handed Curl 115

    okay my goal is to initially cut a little bodyfat off with a 2300cal diet. Im going to lift heavy to get as many mass gains as possible.

    I hope to:
    reduce body fat to 13%
    Bigger arms (16-17 inches would be great)
    i need to catch my squat up to the rest of my body
    maintain the bench maybe 325 would be nice lol but ive focused on it too mch

    MY CYCLE

    once again is:
    Wk1:500mg of Test E, 20mg Dbol
    Wk2:500mg of Test E, 30mg Dbol
    Wk3:500mg of Test E, 30mg Dbol
    Wk4:500mg of Test E, 40mg Dbol
    Wk5:500mg of Test E
    Wk6:500mg of Test E
    Wk7:500mg of Test E, T3 in a pyramid
    Wk8:500mg of Test E, T3 in a pyramid
    Wk9:500mg of Test E, T3 in a pyramid
    Wk10:500mg of Test E
    Wk11:500mg of Test E
    Wk12:500mg of Test E

    Pct:
    Wk14-18:
    Clomid 50/50/50/50
    Nolvadex 20/20/20/20
    Clenbuterol 3 weeks in a pyramid (Wks14-17 to reduce cortisol and too burn extra fat)

    the T3 and Clen pyramids are as follows:
    25/25/25/50/50/50/75/75/75/100/100/100/75/75/75/50/50/50/25/25/25

    Diet:

    Meal 1: 8am

    4 Egg Whites, 2 eggs, 1 cup oatmeal


    Meal 3: 12pm

    Whole wheat 5oz chicken 6 inch


    Meal 4: 3pm

    Whole wheat 5oz chicken 6 inch


    Meal 5: 5pm

    4 egg whites, 2 eggs, 2 slices of wheat bread


    Meal 6: PWO Nutrition

    2 Scoops Whey Protein, clementine, i cup of juice


    Meal 7: Before Bed

    1 cup of fat free cottage Cheese, 2 cups of silk (I enjoy it)

    Calories: 2395

    Carbs: 186.4

    Protien: 262.9

    Fat: 70.1


    not perfect but i like it and i believe i can make it work for a first cycle

    does anyone think i should run T3 with the Dbol then again 3 weeks after???? or will this hurt gains?

    btw i know i should include aromasin in pct but id rather spend that money on food. i have
    6 oxo that i never used i could use that when the time comes if i feel nes

    not many here condone cycling at your age.
    regardless, you would want to wait 2 weeks after last test e shot to start pct, so it would start at week 15, not 14.

    hmm so you dont think i should work my way up? i have had BP issues with Prohormones in the past and i wanted to see what i can handle... you think id be best at 30 throughout?

    I've never used clen or t3 so won't comment there, the test/dbol is pretty basic. I wouldn't pyramid the dbol, but it will work either way.

    That is a contridiction right there, you cant build mass with 2300cals a day.

    yaaa your right but the protien is much higher than ive ever had it before....the most i ever get a day while training is 120 soo this is a big jump you dont think thatll be the diff????

    dbol has a very short life, so I would just start at 30mg/day if I were you and if bp is an issue drop accordingly. working up from a lower dosage won't change the point at which you have issues.

    i dont think u should really worry too much about cutting. Your body fat will most likely drop anyways using test. IMO you should probably get more carbs if you want to get your arms up to 17, inch and a half is a big jump, the dbol may help you get up there, but i would assume it could be water weight which would go away after ur done. BTW i think this thread should be in the members cycles area.

    well we have a "member's cycle results" section, but since he isn't even on cycle I saw no reason to move it there. I've been moving threads all day, but I see no reason this shouldn't be where it is.

    well i wouldn't "cut" on those compounds, but i guess it can be done. That's what i just got done bulking with, minus the deca i used.

    i considered forgeting the T3 but ive had it for 2 months now and its liquid. im keeping it in a dark dry place at room temp but i hear its pretty unstable
