okay my goal is to initially cut a little bodyfat off with a 2300cal diet. Im going to lift heavy to get as many mass gains as possible.
I hope to:
reduce body fat to 13%
Bigger arms (16-17 inches would be great)
i need to catch my squat up to the rest of my body
maintain the bench maybe 325 would be nice lol but ive focused on it too mch
