so...I've spent the last few years actively training in martial arts (mostly muay thai and tang soo do) also, wrestling throughout high school but, over the summer last year i was jumped by a group of guys and stabbed in the eye. I had to take some time off from martial arts so I got into the gym and began bulking up. When I was fighting, I weighed 140ish...now I weight 180-185 after about 6 months of a solid high protien diet plus regular weight training. very little cardio though so my body fat has risen to about 18 percent give or take. im a short guy only 5'5"...im 24 and i recently bought a cycle of 'triple blend'. I'll be doing 2, 1cc injections per week for 10 weeks. each cc has 100 mg of propionate, 100mg of enanthate and 100 mg of cypionate.
Ive been researching this site for quite a while now so i have a good idea of a good pct but i figured i'd get some opinions given my specific stats and cycle.
so, my questions are
1. what would be a good pct for me and when should i start it?
2. I realize that my bf levels are higher than perfect so what can i do to reduce my estrogen levels the best? I am very dedicated to whatever i do so i am confident i will stick to a strong lifting/cardio/diet regiment.
