Prop dose too high

This morning I, like an idiot, dosed my prop at 200mg. I didnt even notice until my deca was already in the syringe so I went ahead and shot it in the glute. Cycle (125 Prop eod and 350 of Deca per week). Do I lower the next prop dose to compensate or continue with 125mg shots eod.

personally provided you have enough gear I would just continue at the planned dosage from here on out.

Take your time when your doing it man. This is your health you are dealing with.

Seriously, I check about 3 or 4 times throughout the whole process. Just continue your regular dosage and hope for the best
