ok well whatever on the stats - suspension is the only test i dont like ...i get side effects from it regardless of precautions i take - the shots are painful ..and the frequent shots are a pain in the ass . Id recommend a long estered test for your first go at steroid. Test e or test c. 500mgs/week ....shot at 250mg - 2x week ...for 10-12 weeks. Also before starting you need some compounds on hand. Nolvadex and armidex for possible estrogen sides and if u want to run some form of estrogen management on cycle. Also you need pct compounds on hand - pct will help return / restore your bodies natural test production ..because you will stop making test when you take external test. It is essential for that and as well will help maintain some of your muscle gained. So id read up here on this site the profiles of testosterone ..pct stickies ...beginner cycles etc...before i took this process any farther...

Agreed! Test C was my 1st cycle...500 (2X250) for 12 weeks...followed up with Nolva/clomid PCT.

Loved it! kept 20 lbs solid! But make sure and do your due dilligence here...there is a ton of info to read up on, and make sure you know your PCT/diet up and down....theres also a lot of knowledgeable guys on here as well, but you won't get spoon fed...make sure and do your reading!
