new to the site need help

hello my name is thomas and i want to get into body building and lose some weight, me im 20 years old, 6'10, 442 and trying to maybe get down to 350, or less just trying to lose weight and tone up, so any help would be appreciated on how to start off and what i need to get started,...(GNC products, vitamins, work-outs,diet plans,and steriods,) its jan now, i'd like to posible achieve my goal by dec.

6'10" damn.
You should have no problem droppin a hundo in a year with proper diet/cardio. You dont need steroids cause they more than likely would just f you up with your size. Im sure the diet forum could set you up with a good diet to start with. 2nd my advise would be dont worry about supplements and crap (vitamins/mineral yes) and focus on doin cardio almost every day.

yea im not great on the diet end of things but they got some guys on here that could hook u up with the right plan. Your gonna have to start spittin meals up in smaller portions and eating 6 to 8 times a day to get that metabolism kickin
