As long as your friend has a good diet and cardio with the clen, he should have great results.

Clen is good to go with any BF% in my book as long as you know how to diet. Some may disagree, but regardless, it's ok to use 2 on, 2 off. You can also use Benadryl to help out upregulation of the receptors.

correct but at 25% BF his 'friend's' diet obviously needs work. He should work on diet and cardio right now and save the clen. It makes sense in the long run anyway because a 6 week clen cycle now might help him cut 10% bf to 15%, he could easily achieve half that with diet and cardio in the same time, then cut even more with a clen cycle after his natty results start to diminish.. this way not only is he going to loose more total body fat, he also has the diet/cardio skill, knowledge and self control, to keep the fat off. I see a lot of local guys use gear, clen, t3, even DNP to cut 20/30 lbs in weeks and just balloon back up after the cycle because they don't have the fundamentals down. Damn I'ma shut up now cause I'm starting to sound like an old man
