Diet- Not going to lie, 5 meals per day, I try to avoid junk food,Protein shake
Workout- 3-4 days a week.
Pre Workout- NO-Shotgun
This will be my first cycle, I want to put on another 15-20lbs and was wondering what would you guys recommend doing a cycle of? I was thinking test e 500mg/Week 2x 250mg Injections on Monday/Thursdays. I don't know if I should stack another compound into the mix? Perhaps Oral Winnie 50mg tablets 7 days a week 1 pill daily. I really want to know what other options there are out there. I am looking for solid muscle gains, and obviously to get bigger.
