About me: Im currently training for powerlifting. Thats my sole purpose of training. Of course health and that good stuff but my goals are to end up in worlds. Ive been training hard for a solid 6 years.

First off let me say that I wrestled for 4 years and thats when I was really able to find out what my body is capable of. My football weight was 220 and I wrestled 189. A simple 6 week crash diet would get me to my 188 I need to be at. Crazy I know. Thats when I was at 220lbs yet only about 7% bf. Any way, I was 240 when i took a 4 week cycle of M1T. Gained 17lbs and then im maintain right now at 255. I can gain weight easy and hold it and goes the same with losing weight. a crash diet and cardio im set. I know what your saying why crash diet. heres the deal. I need to be 220 again for my weight class. my first meet is gunna be april. But that eet is just to get my weenie wet and use to the atmosphere. Im not expecting great lifts but we will see. I can crash diet to 220lbs over 6 weeks but build all my strength back in like 2 or 3 weeks without gaining more than 3-5lbs. dont ask how but my body is nuts. so here i go with my "crash diet" ...

ok so now im assuming your probably think wtf. thats the dumbest thing ive ever seen. ya its cool..gotcha. it works best for me but heres the thing. i wanna get to 220 fast but then ima slowly work into 242lb class. Thats when i get into my supplementing and whatnot though. now ive been reading and actually had a buddy do something similar to what ima hit you with and it worked good. Im looking to do 150mg EOD of test prop for 6 weeks. he did this in his attempt to lose some weight but maintain strength while crashing. he went from 297lbs to 274lbs. He did lose a little strength but he got it right back when he had a big meal! lol.. it was actually like 10lbs on his bench and squat. you can lose that on an off day anyway. so heres the cycle (if you wanna call it that)....

PCT: will be done but would like to hear some pointers on this. read several options. everyone has an opinion and i want it.
This isnt your typical post. Crash diet..gear..lose tons of weight. Reason for the prop is I have some and feel it would be a good use. Better than spending money on another oral when I already have a little something. Like i said before my goal is just to maintain my strength to a degree while hitting this diet. Remeber I do understand that there are way better ways to go about this but its something that works for my body.
I appreciate everything yall have to say. im 100% open minded to all opinions. After this cycle when ive rebounded is when im officially jumping to the darkside with cycles of gear getting better and diet so on and so on.
