i was 323lbs about 8 months ago i droped to 235lbs
and know im back up due to holidays and me slackin off
for a while and i felt as if i droped it to fast and was losin muscle.Ive been trainin pretty hard for the last few weeks and now that ive put some weight back on i feel stronger im not losing weight anymore but becoming stronger.im back on my diet and they effects are startin to take place again.
i want to run a cycle of something thats gonna help me keep and gain mass not to worried about being so cut cause i am a big boned guy anyways,i just wanna be lean and look good, i still look a little fat aroung the stomach but my arms and chest are big with 16 in biceps.i want to be around 245 but all muscle ,how can i achieve this? iwas thinkin of running a 6week cycle of clen stacked with test p for 12 weeks? is this a good solution?.i was thinkin about runnin test year round at a lower dose? again i was fat and ive completed alot and now i think im ready to take it the next level so any advice given will be well appreicated...
