If done properly you can keep 80% or so atleast that is my experience. The key is proper pct and continuing training and diet even when cycles are done.
Imo its almost impossible to say, there are so many factors to take into account..
60% of all statistics are made up, including this one.
that being said, there are too many variables, such as diet and training, genetics, proximity to natural limit before starting, etc.
depends on your time frame i guess. Eventually youll go back down to what your diet makes you.
