    from 235 to 155 natural. then 155 to 185 1st cycle.

    Ive been looking over the forums for a while. but never posted, or even registered before right now. but i thought i would get some advice. or some critiques at least.

    Info on me at 235 lbs:

    age: 18
    height: 5' 11"
    weight: 235
    BF %: 25-26 % (gross i know)
    training: none.


    info on me at 155 lbs:
    age: 19
    height: 5' 11"
    weight: 155lbs
    BF: about 12 to 13% (i would assume, never had it measured)
    (in the picture, im the kid in the blue)


    now finished my first cycle of anadrol and Dbol (a simple stack, but it was my first)...was I ready for it? I thought I was, but I realize now, I wasnt even close. But it was only a 6 week cycle. and I did actually see some low end to decent results. Nothing super amazing. But that is probably a result from my diet. as it wasn't very stable, and i probably took in too much fatty foods. But, i guess for a first cycle, i would call it a good learning experience.

    info on me at 185:
    age: 19
    Height: 5' 11"
    weight: 185 lbs
    BF: probably between 15-16% now.


    on the side picture, it looks like there is a lot more fat around my mid section then there actually is, ive found its been almost a year, and the extra skin is still just hanging there, and ive been trying everything i can think of to drop it. I know there is some fat that i need to lose there, probably more then just a small ammount, but its in progress.


    so, this is my first post. I know i wasnt ready to cycle yet (research wise anyways).

    Any thing u guys see that needs help (body wise) feel free to post please.

    but if u say "work on lower chest..." please include a work out that u would reccomend if u dont mind.

    Just trying to get some feedback on progress so far, and some advice from some of the beasts!
