Look into a good diet. If you are talking about a good compound for vascularity...the only one ive heard of with good increases in vascularity was EQ. I cant tell you first hand because i just took my first inj of EQ yesterday. Ill let you know in 12 weeks
Also...no lie...i had a really good increase in vascularity by using gaspari nutritions super pump 250. Now that...i can tell you first hand. Vains running all over my chest after a workout bro. And that was off cycle.
