Week
1-12 - Test Prop -> 75mg ed or 150mg eod -> 525 mg a week
7-12 - Winny -> 50mg ed

Pct - Day after last shot of Prop

2 weeks - 50mg clomid ed, nolva 20 mg ed
2 weeks - 25 mg clomid ed, nolva 20 mg ed

Questions:

What should I have on hand in case of gyno?
I know this is a lot of pinning but I'm a solider and stubborn and want to run prop over test e or cyp. I am eying injectable winny over oral winny...this is the correct decision right? Oral winny sucks?

There isn't anything at all wrong with prop, as long as you don't mind the frequent injections. For a first cycle, that sounds pretty good. My first was 2 shots of sustanon a week for 10 weeks. The gains I made were unbelievable. Definitely do the injectable winny over the oral, but oral will work if that is all you can get. Injectable will work at lower dose, you can probably do fine with 50mg/eod, but with oral I would do 40-50mg/ed. You shouldn't have any problem at all with gyno, but nolvadex would be the best thing to have should you notice any problems.

Cycle looks good. What's your bodyfat %?
If your gonna inject winny, you may want to break it up and do it twice a day since Winny has an effective half life of between 8-12hours

You can keep and AI on hand like Arimidex, or letro incase of gyno symptoms

Arimidex works awesome for most sides but if you do get gyno I would use letro.
I would shoot the prop everyday
Injectable are always a better choice over orals.
If this is gunna be your first cycle and you don't have anything yet you might wanna consider running test e or c on there own.
And even though you didn't ask you can mix the 2 in the same syringe but it will look like a lava lamp.
Also becareful prop can be very painful to inject and might make you out of order.
I'm not gunna say the cycle is bad but I definitely don't recommend it for a first timer.

2) Should I throw some hcg in? If so, where? And, does hcg hinder gains?
3) When you say mix the two, you are talking about mixing winny with cpy or e right?
4) What do you mean by might make me out of order?

id run an AI if im running it through the cycle.. if you want something on hand to stop gyno symptoms once they start my choice would be nolvadex

PAINLESS and easy! You need to have low BF though. Yes the oil draws thru it but it's slow. Just a tip for ED pinning.

Id really consider cyp or enth test though and just front load it to get it in your system quick... Ultimately much easier!

I'm kind of stubborn...from my research and reading, I'm kind of in love with test prop..I like the lack of wait to kick in (i'm impatient) and I really like the lack of bloat that comes with it.

HCG doesn't have to be run during cycle at all?

Prop is usually a more painful shot so its a trade off.. good luck

Ive done atleast 75+ injections like that..never an issue... Im not getting super deep but the muscle is very close to the surface in my shoulders so its not an issue. Never do more than 1cc, usually 1/2cc

ok...so lets say i'm starting to get a little less stubborn and will go with test e 500mg a week,...if i wanna kickstart/front load with prop..how would you all recommend doing it?

1-4 Test Prop kick start 525 mg/wk (75 ed or 150eod)
1-12 Test E 500mg/w broken up into two 250 mg shot a week
7-12 50mg Winny ed

So..does that look right? How do you recommend front loading the prop..150mg ed for the first week? Also, do I front load the test e? That seems like it would be way too much test.

no frontloading is necessary if you are kickstarting. the prop will be in your system after one week

if you run the winny 2 weeks past the enanthate you can jump right on pct.. not wait 2 weeks
