Yesterday I was fine as bee, today a pounding headache and fever

What the hell happened to me?

Last nite I wen't to bed I was perfectly fine, today I woke up I had a pounding headache, my lungs hurt when I coughed, and I had a heavy fever.

Injecton site is perfectly fine, so is this just a coincidence or Test flu?

I mean I haven't been this sick or felt like shit in a long time. I mean I can't eat food, (i got out of bed and it was such a bad mistake because I was really weak and eating something just gave me that underlying feeling of nausea)

So needless to say my diet today suffered GREATLY, and as I type this I still have a pounding headache and the fever has reduced, but is still there.

I woke up because of the headache and the fact I was too hot, I have been sleeping for most of the day.

one day won't make a difference, just make a protein/carb shake and sip it when you can

iYou always lose weight after being sick..but it come back on quick.......work on getting better.....

Just wanted to give you guys an update:

Well i beat the bastard this afternoon, it is leaving my system.

But It was hell last night fighting it, it went back and forth disappeared and reappeared stronger.

I feel like ****, but my appetite is coming back.

I won't be hitting the gym till monday, just going to fully rest and get my diet back on track and resume on the normal lifting schedule.

Very disappointed that this occurred, but thats life.
